HerkuPlast Kubern GmbH in Ering (Germany) was founded in 1972 and employs around 35 people. They produce high-quality plastic products for the cultivation sector. Its two renowned brands HerkuPak and Quickpot are well known in the market.
This takeover creates valuable synergies and the product portfolios complement each other perfectly. At the same time, both companies are focussing on sustainable solutions: The products are made entirely from PCR materials and a significant proportion of the electricity required is generated by the company’s own photovoltaic systems. HerkuPlast is the ideal partner for us to further expand our market position in the cultivation sector.
